Our story
How we got here
We are both winter people — early dark, open fires, food that takes all day. It was never going to be a summer wedding, and we have made our peace with the forecast.

A cooking class neither of us wanted to be at. Burnt the same sauce.

Snowed in at a cabin with no reception, which turned out to be the point.
- 2027The day
Ceremony at 2pm while the light lasts, then indoors for the rest of it.

Mulled wine, hot toddies, and a fire we will keep fed.
Five courses, no rush, candles all the way down the table.

Dress code: Black tie optional, and dress warm — the chapel is beautiful and it is freezing.
- How cold is it, really?
- Two to ten degrees, and wetter than you think. Coats, closed shoes, and something under the dress.
- Is there parking?
- Yes, on site and free — but leave the car and take the shuttle if you plan to enjoy the wine list.
