How we got here
Asking you to fly this far is a big ask, so we have made it a weekend rather than a night — swim, eat, sleep in, and be there for the twenty minutes that matter.

A dive boat off Nusa Penida. She was seasick; he held the bag.

Same island, same reef, considerably calmer water.

Beach vows at five, banquet under the palms, swim at midnight.
The celebration
Every event, one place
Barefoot on sand. Heels will not survive; leave them at the villa.
Long tables, whole fish, and a band that will not stop early.
Coconuts, shade, and absolutely no schedule.

Dress code: Tropical formal — linen, colour, and nothing you would mourn if it met the sea.
- Do we need a visa?
- Australian passports get a visa on arrival. Check your passport has six months on it — several of you will not have.
- How hot is June?
- Around thirty and dry, which is the best it gets. The ceremony is late for exactly that reason.
