We're getting married
Harriet & Angus
Snow on the ridge, a fire in the lodge, and everyone we love in wool.
#HarrietAndAngus2027Our story
We met on a chairlift that stalled for twenty minutes in a blizzard, and we have been choosing the cold on purpose ever since. This is a winter wedding for winter people: a short bright afternoon, then a long fireside night.
Chair 7, stalled above the bowl, minus eight. Angus shared his hand warmers. Harriet shared her thermos.
First tracks on a bluebird morning. The ring was in the inside pocket the whole run.
Vows on the lodge terrace at 2pm while the sun is on the snow, then indoors for the rest of it.
The celebration
Outside if the wind allows, in the great room if not. Dress for both.
Mulled wine, raclette, and a fire we will keep fed.
Alpine long tables, fondue for the brave, dancing in socks encouraged.
Optional. The first hour is on us; after that you are on your own.
On your real site, guests only see the events they're invited to. Times and venues become proper schedule fields in your builder.
