Willow & Jasper
Pampas, macramé, and dancing in the dust at sunset.
#WillowAndJasper2027Our story
We met at a festival in a paddock, camped in the wrong spot, and never left each other's side. This is that weekend again — a paddock, a stage, one good band, and the sun going down behind the whole thing.
Site 47, a borrowed tent peg, a shared esky. Three days later we drove home in the same car.
On the cliff at Sugarloaf Rock at sunset, with a ring made from her grandmother's bangle.
Ceremony in the paddock at 4:30, sunset drinks by the dam, dinner and a band under the festoons.
The celebration
Hay bales, rugs, a macramé arch and the west sun. Sunglasses are welcome.
Local pale ale, natural wine, and a ukulele nobody asked for.
Grazing tables, woodfired everything, a band from Freo and a dance floor of packed dirt.
Optional, restorative, strongly recommended.
