Your trust, privacy, and safety matter to us. These plain-English terms cover using Wedyesday as a couple or a wedding vendor. By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated: 18 August 2026.
1. Using Wedyesday
- Wedyesday is an Australian wedding-planning service run by Cosmos Innovations (Vritul Pty Ltd).
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Keep your account details accurate, and keep your login private.
2. For couples
- Planning is free — your checklist, budget, guest list, and wedding website are always free to start.
- Your workspace and guest list belong to you and the people you invite.
- When you contact a vendor, you choose who sees your enquiry.
3. For vendors
- Listings must be accurate and describe a real wedding business.
- Listing and claiming your business is free — no card at signup, and a free listing stays free.
- Only claim a business you own or are authorised to represent. We verify ownership before a claim goes live, and false claims end the account.
- Optional paid plans (Pro and Elite) add verified lead credits each month; their prices are published in Australian dollars, GST-inclusive, on the claim page.
- Upgrading is your choice, made from inside your own account — a free listing is never upgraded or charged automatically.
- Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time; cancelling returns you to the free listing rather than removing it.
- Reviews come from real couples; you may respond, but not remove honest feedback.
4. Fair use
- No spam, scraping, harassment, or misleading, unlawful, or off-platform payment requests.
- Report anything that doesn't feel right — we review every report.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
5. Your content and payments
- You keep ownership of what you add; you let us display it to run the service.
- Vendor payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.
- How we handle your data — including cookies, analytics, and your approximate location — is set out in our Privacy Policy, where you can also change your cookie choices.
6. Visiting from outside Australia
- Wedyesday is built for weddings in Australia: vendors, guides, and pricing are Australian, and all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), GST-inclusive.
- We use the country your visit comes from (never your precise location) to show the right regional notices and cookie choices.
- You're welcome to browse and plan from anywhere — just know local vendor availability outside Australia isn't offered yet.
7. Wedyesday Matrimony
- Matrimony is a separate part of Wedyesday for people seeking a life partner; the same account rules apply, and you must be 18 or older.
- Profile details like community, religion, or lifestyle are shared only with your consent and shown only as your visibility settings allow.
- Be truthful and kind: misrepresentation, harassment, or requests to move money will end an account. Verification and moderation exist to keep members safe.
8. The essentials
- Wedyesday is in public beta and offered as-is: features marked coming soon aren't available yet, and we're improving the rest constantly — see what beta means.
- Your account and wedding data are real and kept with production care during the beta — beta never means a trial that gets wiped.
- We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date.
