Yes. Creating or claiming a vendor profile on Wedyesday costs A$0 and never asks for a card. Your storefront, your category and city listings, and the enquiries couples send you are all included on the free plan — and the free plan stays free.
No. Paid plans are optional and nothing upgrades automatically. Pro (A$49 per month) and Elite (A$129 per month) add monthly verified lead credits and extra placement, but you only move to one by choosing it yourself from the Billing page inside your vendor account.
Search your business name above. If a listing already exists, claim it rather than creating a second one — you keep the existing profile, its web address, and any enquiries couples have already sent it. If nothing matches, add your business free and we build the listing from what you tell us.
The owner, or someone the business authorises to manage its listing — a manager, marketing contact, or agency. We ask how you are connected to the business as part of the claim, and only one account holds a profile at a time.
A person on our team reviews every claim, usually within 2 business days. An email address at your business domain is the fastest proof; without one we will ask for another way to confirm the connection before the profile is handed over.
