Wedyesday lists wedding businesses two ways: vendors join and build their own storefront, or we create a basic profile from openly licensed public data.
Name, category, service area and contact points — plus the summary, services, prices and social links the business publishes about itself on its homepage, shown in its own words and marked as from its website.

No reviews, star ratings or photos are ever copied from another directory. Not once.
Search your business name on the claim page. If we already list it, open it and start the claim. Nothing there? Add your business free in about 10 minutes and we build the listing from what you tell us.
The owner, or someone the business authorises to manage its listing — a manager, marketing contact or agency — can claim it. We ask how you are connected as part of the claim, and only one account holds a profile at a time.
A human on our team reviews every claim, usually within 2 business days. An email address at your business domain is the fastest proof; without one we ask for another way to confirm the connection before the profile is handed over.
Once verified the profile is yours: answer enquiries, add photos and packages, set pricing and keep details current. Paid visibility tiers exist, but claiming and running your profile costs nothing.
Step 3 is a real review by a person, not an instant approval — that is what keeps someone else from claiming your business.

An unclaimed profile isn't run by the business yet. It shows only factual details — name, category, location, and contact points the business has already published — and says clearly on the page that it is unclaimed. Couples can still find it and send an enquiry; those messages are held safely and handed over when the owner claims the profile.
Only your homepage, and only what you publish for search engines anyway: your description, the services and prices you list, the areas you serve and the social profiles you link. We never copy reviews, testimonials, photos or anything about your staff, and we drop any description that contains a phone number or email. It is shown under “From their website” with a link back to you and the date we last checked, and it disappears the moment you claim your profile and write your own. To opt out, disallow WedyesdayBot in your robots.txt or mark your homepage noindex or nosnippet; we honour both on the next check and remove what we hold.
Only from couples who used Wedyesday. We never copy reviews or star ratings from other platforms, so an unclaimed profile starts with none. That is why the score on a claimed profile is worth something — it was earned here.
A couple enquires from your profile with their wedding date, guest count and location attached. The enquiry becomes a lead in your vendor inbox with a reply clock running against the reply time you publish. Opening an enquiry shows you the couple's message and lets you reply. Your first 3 enquiries are free to open; after that, opening one uses a lead credit. Once an enquiry is open, every reply is free.
Claim it and fix it in minutes — prices, availability, categories, contact details and photos are all yours to edit the moment the claim is verified. If you would rather not claim it, report the issue and we will correct it.
Yes. Ask via the report form. We action removal requests within 72 hours, and a removed business is never re-imported.
No. Creating or claiming a profile costs nothing and never asks for a card, and the free plan stays free. Paid plans are optional, published up front, and you only move to one by choosing it yourself from the Billing page inside your vendor account.
