No. Free is a real plan with no end date: a complete profile, full browsing, three interests a day and unlimited replies to anyone who has accepted your interest. You can marry off the free plan and pay us nothing.
Premium removes the daily interest limit, lets you start a conversation before the other person has accepted, attaches a personal note to your interest, shows you everyone who viewed or liked your profile, and unlocks the advanced filters and Premium-only photos. Premium Plus adds contact-detail requests, featured placement, four boosts a month and priority support.

No. There's no sales team, no relationship manager, and no price that depends on how keen you sound on a phone call. Upgrading is a checkout, and it takes about a minute.
