Adelaide's South Asian community is anchored around Mawson Lakes and the northern suburbs — Salisbury, Munno Para, Andrews Farm and Golden Grove — with a substantial student and early-career population attached to the universities and the health services.

Adelaide's Tamil community is compact and well connected, concentrated around Mawson Lakes, Salisbury, Golden Grove and the inner northern suburbs, with a strong student and early-career presence attached to the universities.
